How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa Card and MasterCard at present.  Other payment options will be considered in the light of demand.

What are the shipping costs?

These will be stated clearly during the order process for all countries. The table below gives indicative prices, correct as at April 2012 for a selection of countries and zones.

Can I pay in my own currency?

At present the site works in Euro (€) only, although we do provide a currency converter link so that you can see the approximate cost in your currency. The actual cost charged to your card will depend on the actual exchange rate applied by your card provider.

At what point is my credit card charged?

When you submit your Certificate order, your credit card will be debited. Our online help and agents are there to help make sure your application is processed and approved quickly.

My payment has been declined. What can I do?

Contact your bank or perhaps use another credit card if available. We will not know the full details of why a credit card has been declined.

What is VAT and who needs to pay it?

VAT or Value Added Tax is a European sales tax, which will be charged on deliveries within Europe only, at the rate appropriate to the destination country.

Any applicable VAT will be clearly displayed during the order process.

Will I be liable for import duty or customs charges ?

Such duties are levied in the receiving countries and must be paid by the recipient.  For example, in the USA, no import duty applies to goods valued at under $200, such as the Certificate.

When will my order be shipped?

We will email you when your order is shipped – this will typically be 10 days or less from the date of your approval email.

How long will delivery take after shipping?

It may take 5 to 7 days depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will email you an order number which can be used on the shipping company website to track your delivery.

My Certificate or frame was damaged in transit. What can I do?

This should be a very rare event, as we use custom packaging and a dedicated shipping solution to avoid problems.  Please contact us if you have a problem and we will resolve it.

I have received my Certificate but there is a problem with it
