What language versions of the Certificate are available? There is an English, Irish and Spanish version of the Certificate available initially. A French version will be available shortly and other languages may be added if there is demand.
What sizes are the Certificates available in? The Certificate is currently available in one size and that is 11” wide x 14” high.
Will the Certificate fit standard frame sizes? Yes. It is 11” x 14”, which is a standard size. You should encounter no difficulty getting a local frame store to frame the Certificate for you. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any negligence or carelessness on the part of anyone framing the Certificate. It is printed on a strong, high quality paper but nonetheless needs to be handled with care to avoid damage.

What price is a Certificate? The price of a standard Certificate is €40.00, plus delivery costs which are specific to each country. There are savings for orders of more than one certificate, to avail of these savings visit our Certificate Prices page. Value Added Tax will be applied, where applicable, to deliveries within Europe.
What price is a frame? The cost of a frame is an additional €60.00, plus delivery costs which are specific to each country. This price includes the frame itself, securely positioning the Certificate in the frame and professionally packaging it for secure delivery, to give you a high quality finished product ready to hang. You have full refund rights if you find any defect and notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our Customer Service Team will be pleased to help you with any further questions. Value Added Tax will be applied, where applicable, to deliveries within Europe.
Is the frame a Government product? The frame is supplied by the operator of the site, FEXCO, as an additional service which is permitted under our contract with the Government. As such, it is not a product offered by the Government and its price is set by the operator. It is of course, completely optional and Certificate recipients may source a frame from anywhere, as the Certificate is a standard size.
