The Certificate of Irish Heritage operates within a strict security environment, operating to Irish Government approved standards. Some key elements of this approach are:

• Customer Data is stored on secure servers in Ireland shielded by several layers of firewalls and other Trust technologies. Transmission of data to the Certificate printers and shipping agents is by secure links and all such data is deleted post-processing. Periodic testing by accredited outside consultants is used to validate these protections.

• We are fully compliant with the European Data Protection regime, and hold data only for so long as we have a valid reason. Customer document images are retained only during processing and for a short period thereafter in case of queries, before being permanently deleted.

• We store no credit card details at any time – they are transmitted by secure messaging directly to our payment processor and once the card is debited, we have no further record.

• Our staff are trained to reveal no personal data at any time.
